Our client, a large individual not-for-profit health insurer in the United States, was having difficulties related to various areas in its sales department. The company’s sales team was falling behind the competition and they wanted to create a comprehensive training plan to bolster sales team capabilities and overtake competition. However, our client did not know where their sales team needed the most help.  Furthermore, because they are in sales, employees are spread across the North Eastern United States and constantly on the move.

The Solution
