The client, a sizable SaaS company specializing in board member management, wanted to move their application from on-premises to being fully cloud-hosted. The total project would need to include full cloud deployment for managing files, running applications, and their extensive databases (600+). Additionally, the client opted to use a direct rehosting approach to reduce on-premises costs faster. The rehosting was cutover in a single release.

By consistently monitoring cost, Aspirant provided the right solution for the client while maintaining the timeline and budget. We successfully set up the client’s entire network in the cloud, including security  and infrastructure to ensure security expectations were met. Prior to releasing the new infrastructure, a penetration test was completed by a 3^rd party. Our team was able to perform the cutover within a single release by closely collaborating with the client, advising of the possible risks, and helping to avoid outages along the way.
