HR Imagined President Cheryl Paxton-Hughes will join the Pittsburgh-based management consulting firm to deepen its HR experience as part of the acquisition.
Aspirant, a Pittsburgh-based global management consulting and technology firm, has acquired HR Imagined, an outsourced HR solution organization that provides on-demand HR services for small- to mid-market businesses.
This acquisition will expand Aspirant’s Organizational Effectiveness service area to include additional HR-based offerings across the employee life cycle, including HR transformation, outsourced HR, and HR technology. As part of the acquisition, HR Imagined President Cheryl Paxton-Hughes will join Aspirant as an Engagement Manager in the Organizational Effectiveness service area.

Paxton-Hughes is a seasoned business leader with experience in training and development, human resources, and information technology. She spent several years deploying talent management and HR strategies as well as developing and deploying organizational development processes and practices in a variety of industries including healthcare, legal, retail, manufacturing, and technology. Paxton-Hughes holds multiple HR and IT certifications and earned her MBA from Robert Morris University and an undergraduate degree from Phoenix University.
