A nearly $1 billion foodservice provider was seeking new ways they could expand brand awareness and increase customer engagement, including mobile capabilities to engage and provide value to their customers. They also wanted to continue the engagement beyond the download through capabilities such as personalized promotions/coupons, notifications, and two-way customer communication.
The Solution
Aspirant worked with the client to understand customer needs and useful analytics to improve their experience and the client’s own business outcomes. Using this research, our mobile app development resulted in an app that provided useful capabilities to the end user, including menus, notifications, coupons, geotargeting, and customer service surveys. The mobile app also provides a management portal for the client to update app content, including coupon delivery, push notifications, in-app messages, and spotlight features.
